Measurable Progress

However, we are getting there - the split staircase is almost done. It looks great - so far all our plans (except for the column) are really looking good.

Here is how the staircase look from the 2nd floor. The mahogany stain and white spindle blends beautifully with the walls and the floor.

And a working toilet too. The plumber has been busy today. The faucets in the sink and the shower head for the 2nd floor bathroom are in place. He has also installed our utility sink in the laundry room.

This is our vanity for the guest bath. We ordered the set from Costco and arrived a few months ago. It is finally home.
