A Room With A View

One of the reasons we chose this location is the view and its similarity to Maple Grove. Here is Ed overlooking the windows in the NE corner of our bedroom. The picture below shows me beside the north-facing window of our bedroom. This is the same view from Raquel's, Chad's, and Nathan's room. Leah's and Steven's room will be facing the street just like in Maple Grove.

Here is our future sunroom where the view is awesome! We are planning to have a water feature (a waterfall or a creek bed) below the room so we can hear the water flowing come summer. The room faces west and we will be planting trees in the SW corner so it will not get too hot. Ed and I are designing our landscape which is starting to take shape. We are ready with the plans for our next landscaping class this April.

The views from almost all of the windows are really great.

Bonus ... Bonus ...

Following Raquel's lead - can anybody tell us where this picture was taken? A prize is waiting for the first four correct guesses. Only one entry per household please :-)

Our guess is Greenfield Village.Kate is quite vehement. Fred thinks Kingman Museum but he was outvoted.
