Pancakes and Waffles . . .

Presenting - The Maple Manor at Kellogg Biological Station in Augusta. The weather did not cooperate last weekend for the Maple Festival. However, the MSU volunteers were still preparing the famous maple syrup from the sap (white jugs in the picture).

We got several bottles that we will share with our friends . Ed and I tasted the syrup samples and we were not dissapointed. It was Ummmm ...mm...good. The taste was so delicate. Well I am sorry that you cannot serve them with your Easter ham but you'll be able to use it for your waffles and pancakes.
